Prepare Final Paper

Please stick to following format guidelines: Papers must be written in English. Six (6) pages, including figures, are allowed for each paper. Up to two (2) additional pages are allowed at extra charge. Papers should follow the IEEE double-column format for ICMA. The first page of the paper, centered on the top below the top margin, should include the paper title, the authors' names and their affiliations, and an abstract.

Margins:
Paper Size US letter 8.5 by 11 inches
Top margin 0.75 in
Bottom margin 1 in
Side margins 0.625 in
Column Width 3.5 in
Column Gap 0.25 in

Please prepare your paper following the samples below:

Papers should NOT have:
  • Page numbers
  • Headers
  • Footers

  • IEEE is very strict about the requirements for converting application files or PostScript files to full-text PDF for inclusion in IEEE Xplore

    IEEE icma2006 ONLY accepts Portable Document Format (PDF) paper.

    Please format your paper properly. Papers failing to meet the final format requirements may be rejected.

    Generate the PDF paper using Adobe Acrobat Please follow the detailed instructions in:

    To appear in the proceedings of the conference we must have the final version of your full camera-ready paper by May 1, 2012. Please use the login name and password you received in the email to upload your camera ready paper to conference website:

    P lease check carefully and, if needed, update your final paper information (paper title, authors and affiliations) on the upload Web site. This information will be used for the Table of Contents as well as the Final Program!!!


    Complete and submit the IEEE Copyright Form (PDF or MS Word). Put your paper number on the form.

    Note: If a paper is accepted, at least one of the authors is required to register for the Conference by advance registration deadline. Otherwise, the paper will NOT be included in the Conference Proceedings.
