Located in the west of Henan Province and to the southern bank of the middle reaches of Huanghe River (Yellow River), a national historical and cultural famous city well-known at home and abroad, known as the ancient capital of nine dynasties, and also one of the seven ancient capitals in China. There are over 1 city, 8 counties and 6 districts under its jurisdiction and covers an area 15208.6 square kilometers with a population of 5.706 million. Luoyang is a new industrial base in China, famous for its strong heavy industrial strength and congregation of large factories.
